I’d also like to thank the lady who stayed with me on her paddle board while I was “swimming” she was really supportive! She had long blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name! But I really appreciated it!

More music at the start and along the run would have been helpful to motivate. And results available straight after the event. More buoys along the swim course would be really helpful, because swimming into the sun it was very difficult to judge direction. The experience was great and I look forward to returning next year!

Lovely safe swim. Well managed. Lots of safety cover and not too far out to sea so will feel safe for those who are not too keen on open water swimming.
Tricky, technical, hilly bike route. Leave the TT bike at home this is a road bike route. Really enjoyed it. No time to relax, need to be on the gas at all times and definitely concentrating.
Run was out and back along promenade. Quick [for some] and easy.
Overall fantastic atmosphere, really well organised and I like the attention to keeping plastics to an absolute minimum.
Well done to the organisers. In the words of the big guy, "I'll be back!" :)

A little more training for the marshalls on where to stand and what to tell the bike riders at each junc would have made this utterly seamless!

Lots of people on the path where the run finished. Maybe would be better to have the finish in front of transition
