I was very very disappointed with the problem over the chip timing organisation, as after the race that I went all out on to get a chipped time PB and got a PB 43:39 on my Garmin watch, later to be told there was a problem with the chip timing and my result was over 46 mins and that just didn’t add up with me and a lot of my friends who did it too, Very disappointing and frustrating.

Everything was good, great atmosphere.

Well stewarded - very encouraging.

The race needs distance markers. It was impossible to judge my pace without them. Please consider this for future races. I didn’t require any refreshments. However I would recommend that some were available at the turnaround at the far end of the promenade not the one near the Grove. Other than that I will be back next year!

Well marshalled, well organised and well run. I had an amazing time running my first Exmouth 10k, it felt like a friends and family atmosphere, thank you all see you next year.

I would run it again but would prefer the 65+ age category rather than 55-69

Pancake flat for good times

Lovely time and venue to have a 10k for visitors but due to its exposure it’s very weather dependant?
To a resident it’s just a 2 lap Parkrun which is held the day before?
